As noted by the left leaning Port City Daily, we have a plan that was opposed by—not the planning board—but the experts! The board followed the “experts” in this case, but of course.

Remember I wrote there was a Cathedral? Here is it at work.

I watched only yesterday the debate at the planning board (19 March 2024) yet another petition to the town for a rezoning of land from commercial, to some sort of residential coffin can development (all in the name of affordable housing of course). I expected it to be heartily approved, but I was reminded something about the expert (the non-elected by the people) class: they like things to go their way.

So, it failed. Let’s look at why.👇
