A Reflection on the Murder of Our Martyr: Charlie Kirk

My Friend Sean Davis who writes for The Federalist, wrote on X “there is zero unity with people who want me dead.”¹ Many say Charlie was a happy warrior, and he was. He was not hateful, but certainly had an opinion. He was NOT a person who thought we should roll over and merely forgive people who want to kill us. His method of defense was debate, in the hopes of persuading others 1) to Christ, and 2) to MAGA/America First. He took that message into the brood of vipers, also called the college and university system, who definitely needed to hear something different than the propaganda they received from nutty woke professors.

He believed that when people stop talking, violence happens. This is true, to a point. The left has no interest in talking, and that is why they are violent now. Talking only gets you so far, especially when a rabid and passionate people are incapable of reason.

Charlie won; they lost the debate. Democrat violence is what followed.

I was not a follower of Charlie, but occasionally tuned into his channel, especially during elections where he and Tyler Bowyer provided some of the best analysis of the field. I did not know Charlie, but I know people who knew him.

When I heard about, and then saw, Charlie’s death, I knew this was a turning point (no pun) for America.

I grieved.

As I write this, we now have a pretty good idea, with some evidence, the assassin was a Trantifa slave party, confederate, KKK, Democrat. Yet another Democrat has shot a Republican. And as I write this, he has been apprehended.

I am beginning to see a pattern.

A History of Democrat Violence/Assassinations

Republicans have been patient with the insurrectionist Democrats since 1861. Let us count the ways of their path of destruction, assassination attempts, and murder:

1. Fort Sumter, Democrats fire the first shot starting the civil war

2. Abraham Lincoln

3. William Seward

4. between 1868-1900 Democrats rounded up and murdered, not to mention terrorized, thousands of black AND white Republicans. Several were hung, shot, lost their homes, and maimed because they hated Republicans so much and loved slavery.²

5. I could add Teddy Roosevelt here, but there is nec a direct tie

6. William McKinley

7. James Garfield

8. Attempts on Gerald Ford

9. Attempts on Ronald Reagan

10. Multiple Attempts on Donald Trump

11. JFK (Communist CIA Democrat)

12. RFK (communist-Democrat)

13. MLK (Democrat)

14. Multiple Bombings from 1960s-1980 from Democrat front group, the Weather Underground (Obama’s favorite group and who he associated with). Bernadine Dorn praised Charles Manson murders of Sharon Tate. Democrats cheered.

15. This year leftists Democrat allies in Spain, tried to hurt cyclists in the Vuelta Espana

16. Sen. Schumer’s (Democrat) call for violence against the Supreme Court leading to at least 2 attempts to assassinate two Republican appointed Justices.

17. The attempted Murder of the entire Republican baseball team, including the near Murder of Scalise—Democrat

18. And now…Charlie Kirk by a member of the Democrat Socialists.

I have left out many numerous Democrat acts of violence over the century + that Democrats own. I could have mentioned the Mexican-American War (Democrat), World War 1 (very pro slave Democrat) and the engineering of America into WW2 (pro segregation Democrat).³

I could on to account for the countless Democrat riots, the burning of cities, the attack on police, the overturning of parental authority, the spying, and prosecuting parents for speaking up, etc., etc. All of this was orchestrated and caused by…..Democrats.

This omits the legacy media, and organs of the Democrat party who lie to us daily: CNN, MSNBC, PBS, and countless other shows and programs that run false and fake stories all to denigrate Republicans.

Democrats have terrorized the country for long enough, and Republicans (MAGA) have been generously and mercifully, patient.

Reckoning

To put this another way, the sense I get is this: We are done. We are not going to hug this out.

The sense of the people now, is that we are two different people, and we cannot coexist with a terrorist organization who has declared war on us.

Nick Freitas stated it rather well:

I am told that as a state representative this is the moment where I'm supposed to express my heartfelt condolences and then stand in solidarity with those on the other side of the aisle as we condemn political violence and stand unified as one people.

But we aren't "one people" are we?

The truth is we haven't been for some time now, and there is really no point in pretending anymore, if there ever was.

We are two very different peoples. We may occupy the same piece of geography, but that is where the similarities seem to abruptly end.

I convinced myself for a long time that whenever the left called me a racist, a bigot, a sexist, a fascist, a "threat to democracy" for even the most innocent of disagreements, that it was simply hyperbolic rhetoric done for effect.

And now the "effect" is a widow and two orphaned children, because the left couldn’t bear the thought of a peaceful man debating them and winning.

I don’t think they realize it yet, but murdering Charlie is going to be remembered as the day where we finally woke up to what this fight really is.

It’s not a civil dispute among fellow countrymen. It’s a war between diametrically opposed worldviews which cannot peacefully coexist with one another. One side will win, and one side will lose.

Charlie tried to win that fight through argumentation, through discussion, through peaceful resolution of differences.

And the other side murdered him.

Not because he was “extreme” or “inciting violence” or any other hyperbolic slur they hurled at him. They murdered him because he was effective. Because he was unafraid. Because he inspired others and made them feel like they had a voice, that they were not alone. And he did it at the very institutions which have fomented so much hatred toward conservatives.

I don’t want to “stand in solidarity” with the other side of the aisle. I want to defeat you. I want to defeat the godless ideology that kills babies in the womb, sterilizes confused children, turns our cities into cesspools of degeneracy and lawlessness…and that murdered Charlie Kirk.

Social media is aflame right now with leftist celebration of Charlie’s death.

I wonder if any among them understand what has just happened. If there is a Yamamoto somewhere in their midst warning, that all they have done is awoken a sleeping giant.

I doubt it. I think they gave up such introspection and self-awareness long ago.

I don’t know exactly what will happen next. I just know that it won’t be the same as what has happened in the past.

There will be thoughts and prayers…Charlie would have wanted prayers. Not for himself but for those left behind and for the country that he loved.

But then there will be a reckoning.

My Christian faith requires me to love my enemies and pray for those who curse me. It does not require me to stand idly by in the midst of savagery and barbarism...quite the opposite.

So every time I feel tired, every time I feel discouraged or overwhelmed, I am going to watch the video of a good man being murdered in Utah…I will force myself to watch it…and then I will return to the work of destroying the evil ideology responsible for that and so much more.

Rest with God Charlie, your fight is over.

Ours is just beginning.

Ours is a spiritual war. There is something demonic going on in the Democrat Party. So, we must pray. I do not write about The Faith here, but, in this instance I should. I am an imperfect vessel and speaker about my Faith, and I hold Orthodoxy quietly to myself except for close acquaintances. If I could offer one action plan it would be to pray.

A quick gaze at Twatter, Bluesky (home to communists, Democrats, Anarchist and Satanist) was replete with cheers of the murder. Hell, they are lusting after the Democrat murderer Luigi Mangione to this day, and send the failed assassin of Reagan love letters and buy his vile t-shirts.

By the way, you think I kid about the Satanism? This is one of the people fired from the CDC in his Satanist garb—you should see the pic with him sitting in a pentagram….and he’s a Democrat:

After Kirk was Murdered, the House of Reps tried to honor his memory with a moment of silence, and a prayer. ALL the Democrats objected and disrupted the solemn moment like the good confederates they are.

It should not surprise us Democrats hate prayer—they long ago turned their churches into arms of the government/ruling class. They support the current thing, and hence have a cult like association with whatever god they worship, because, it certainly is not God—as noted, they have a lot of Satanists in the party.

The Blame Game

We have more than enough information to know, they hate Republicans and want them dead. They are not interested in debate. They are interested in slavery and death. Period.

I want to add that there are a handful of(literally) of leftists like the Young Turks (their early rhetoric contributed to Democrat violence though), Fetterman, Sinema, who messaged correctly on this matter and truly were horrified at Kirk’s murder. But all of them are slowly parting from the Democrat party for reasons we already mention here. I am not sure they know just how far from the murderous Democrats they have drifted. So, the exceptions here, prove the rule. As would any Democrat finding one instance of a Republican shooting someone, which, is usually a lie, and really another Democrat shooting people (see Minnesota).

The Democrats blame Trump for all the shootings from THEM—HE MADE ME DO IT! is their argument. ooooook cupcake.

They blame Trump for everything, and take no responsibility. This is as hysterical as the Charleston Mercury was from the 1850s -1860s. The Democrats have NOT changed.

So, what is to change? The Democrats must finally and legally be held responsible for their violence, so says The Federalist, here. It is persuasive. I am inclined to agree.

Start with RICO. It is time to dismantle legally the money laundering and cartel Democrat operations. I would add, it is time to cut off the citizen of Soros, who funds all this crap. Either way, RICO is a nice place to begin. We should also end their child Trafficking. But, that can be handled through RICO charges.

As some are saying, when Democrats stop murdering Republicans maybe we can sit down and have a chat.

RIP Charlie. You are a hero, and fundamentally decent man cut down by evil.
