Hyer and Pendleton need to win by such a margin that one of the three remaining members resigns in order to avoid the pain of the next two years. I am done litigating their fitness for office. This is now a turn out the vote exercise. The town should be united in changing our trajectory. If the country is on the verge of a third Great Awakening then let it begin here.
I could not agree more. McHugh and Carter are complicit in their Party’s violence. Carter, as I have noted, has actually called for violence against Republicans on her twitter account under the name “HidinginNC.” I have documented that fact in this substack. She should resign for her unstable mental state.
Been in talks with some folks on this. BUT, it would be good to turn out the low propensity voter, especially this between 20-35—they are increasingly loathing the Democrat party. And we need to help secure their future instead of ripping them off. I will have something on this in the future on the “credit centric renter economy” that Leland is pushing.
