Totally agree with you, Eric. I passed through Wilmington last week on my new BMW and thought about looking you up. I traded in the 5 year old Electra Glide because it had become unreliable, and the dealership nor the HOG group could care less. As you can imagine, it was an electrical problem related to the CAN bus. Totally knocked me out of riding to the Barber vintage festival. In all honesty, BMW isn’t any better with customer service, and it’s loaded with enough electronics to put the Harley to shame. I’m keeping my Dyna Evo though, as a backup plan.
