I have been warning people in Brunswick County that Bill Moore and his band of leftist transplants have been seeking to destroy the county Republican party for a long time now.
What you see above is the party map for council of state votes this last election—for governor. Moore and the Brunswick Republican party lost this county and hence could not deliver the state Republicans into the state executive.
I noted in my last post that there was no signage really that competed with the slave party signs in the county as well. This was a tell that Moore and his band of incompetents were not active to deliver Republican votes. This is electioneering 101 on the county level to be active and secure the Republican vote—he dropped the ball, and dropped it so badly, we lost the county. In the week before election night, a county party should ALWAYS blowout the signs for their party. But, in Brunswick, there were few republican signs to be seen.
Did Moore hold the signs up? Did he even spend money on signs? And, why was he charging people for signs in the first place?
Moore should resign. He is essentially an operative for the Democrats.
Now, the dimwit Moore will say, “well it is because we had a weak gubernatorial candidate at the head of the ticket.” So what? Not your job princess. Your Job, Bill, is to fight for the votes. You didn’t.
Besides, it is quite clear that Robinson was targeted by the slave party with still unconfirmed allegations. This is how the left plays: Lie about people, bear false witness, and dirty up the opponent. It matters not whether the allegation is true, what matters is that Moore squealed like a little girl and gave up.
In California, when I worked for the county party there, there was an allegation made against my friend, and great guy, Bruce Herschensohn.
My county party did its job. The state party did not, and Bruce, who was leading Barbara Boxer, lost. The state of California turned Democrat and have been there ever since.
The same has happened in New Jersey, New York, etc.
This is weak strategy; you cannot win by giving up. It is not what we need in this county to combat the onslaught from the left here. Essentially, Moore has made Brunswick a bedroom community for New Hanover county woke politics now.
Congrats comrade, you succeeded.
Now it’s our turn.
There is now going to be a movement to take back the county party from the losers that is broad based, and respectful to ALL MAGA Republicans.
Scott Pressler and Turning Point Action (Scott Boyer and gang) are the model. Pay attention.
Going forward, we have to take back the Brunwick GOP and start securing votes from NATIVES who do not vote, but are in sentiment with us. Pressler did this by rolling into Bucks County PA and registering first time voters. He won it.
How many natives in this county do not vote, and have never been spoken to? A LOT. Enough to have swung the county into the R ticket for Governor on vote day, that’s how many. He left over 30,000 votes on the table. Shameful.
But wait, he did worse than that. Moore ’s lackadaisical get out the vote, saw a decline in votes for Trump compared to Robinson. In other words, people voted for Trump and DID NOT vote for governor. IF BRUNSWICK VOTERS WOULD HAVE CONTINUED DOWN THE LINE, ROBINSON WOULD HAVE WON THE COUNTY.
Now the Rs did ok, in the county overall, but the margins could have been bigger, see here:
https://er.ncsbe.gov/?election_dt=11/05/2024&county_id=10&office=ALL&contest=0
And there are other counties with incompetent GOP chairs that also need to be ousted. The point is, that NC should have in no way lost the race for governor in THIS COUNTY. AND Brunswick should have secured a more blowout margin to counter the blue slave masters in the cities and counties like Wake.
There was NO rallying around Robinson here by the Brunswick GOP. Moore was radio silent. There was simply the acquiescence of a loss before the game was played. His actions harmed the margins down ticket.
That’s enough for Moore and his band of morons to resign.
See how Turning Point did it here: https://rumble.com/v5mv2ge-why-the-left-lost-watching-arizona-11.7.24.html?e9s=src_v1_ucp
The county party should have been busy registering voters; they should have not let their arrogance determine the game plan which always results in losses. In other words, they should have sought and secure the votes of people who are rather inclined to vote for Republicans, ESPECIALLY in an era of party realignment. This would have been easy sauce for them to accomplish.
But they did not. Moore sat on his fat ass, and did nothing.
It’s time to turn the page on Moore, and the hapless band of lazy politicians at the Brunswick Party GOP.
I see Robinson did get blown out when I expanded to state wide.
161,420,000 registered voters nationwide
69,139,870 Democratic votes
73,479,492 Republican votes
142,619,362 total votes
0.883529687 % of registered voters that voted
Say what you will about Trump, he increased participation.
Brunswick County is consistantly apathetic compared to nationwide.
