Frank Williams says if we enact a moratorium on development the county will get sued. How can this be true? And they were cloud seeding in CA in the 60s when I lived there.

probably because they have made promises….Williams is a shill, no free market guy, and a total fraud. He and his wife have scammed the people and have enjoyed preferential treatment from the law. At any rate, to your point: I am not sure I would prefer a moratorium, BUT I sure would like the local and county governments to simply NOT encourage what development goes where, and dictate our lifestyles. They are trying to influence who comes here and for what. They treat the people as if they are useless consumers, not human beings.

We all own this Bob, and I include me in that. Now we are awake, and realize we should have been paying attention all along. Lesson learned. I will say Boomers, as a class, have been terrible for the country.

Ms Carter addressed this “person” speaking as Earp & Company ..
